Hey there! I’m Brittany – founder of BTW Event Planning & Rentals, balloon enthusiast, backdrop builder, and self-declared queen of turning “just an idea” into a whole vibe.

What started as “sure, I’ll help with your party” has turned into a business full of balloons, sawdust, sparkle, and late-night glue gun sessions. I specialize in making events unforgettable—with bold backdrops, custom decor, and sweet rentals like cotton candy machines that bring the sugar AND the sass.

FAQ

  • The sooner, the better—especially for weekends and themed events! I recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance. Last-minute bookings may be accepted with a rush fee (and a deep breath).

  • I’m based in Mesa, AZ and serve the surrounding valley. Delivery fees vary depending on distance and setup needs. I’ll break it all down for you when you inquire!

  • Most services have base pricing listed on the website (like balloon garlands, backdrops, and rentals), but custom quotes are always available for the extra-extra stuff.

  • Yes! Most setups include delivery and installation. Some smaller items (like grab-and-go balloon garlands) are available for pickup. Delivery starts at $50 and may increase based on distance, time, or if we need a U-Haul (yes, it happens).

  • I require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due before your event. Your date isn't locked in until that retainer is paid!

  • 100% yes. Colors, themes, signage, props—I love a creative challenge and making your event feel personal and one-of-a-kind.

  • You’re not alone—most clients start with “I just want it to be cute!” Send me any inspo you have (even if it’s just a color or a vibe), and I’ll help you bring it to life.

  • Life happens! While the retainer is non-refundable, I do my best to reschedule you if possible. Cancellations within 72 hours of your event may not be eligible for reschedule due to prep and materials already being used.

  • Indoors, balloons can last 1–2 weeks (or longer depending on conditions). Outdoors, it’s a different story—heat, wind, and sun are not balloon-friendly. I always secure setups the best I can, but I can’t control the Arizona sunburn factor.

  • If your event is outdoors, we’ll chat beforehand about a weather backup plan. I’ll always do my best to adjust, but balloon installs are weather-sensitive. Rain and high winds can pop the party—literally.
