Founded by Brittany Weindorf in Mesa, Arizona, BTW started with a passion for bringing people together and has grown into a full-service event décor company known for turning ordinary spaces into unforgettable experiences. From custom balloon installs and themed backdrops to photo booths and one-of-a-kind props, each design is crafted with intention and personality.
Whether it’s an intimate birthday, a corporate activation, or a full-scale celebration, we blend professionalism with imagination — proving that great design doesn’t have to feel cookie-cutter. We’re big believers in doing what’s right, not what’s easy, and finding joy in the details that make every event uniquely you.

Meet the Owner
Hi, I’m Brittany — owner and creative behind BTW Event Planning & Rentals, where heart meets hustle and a little bit of glitter. ✨
I started this business to chase my lifelong dream of owning a party company — something I could be proud of, something my kids could look at and know that anything is possible. I’ve been helping plan and decorate parties since I was a kid, but BTW was built completely from scratch — one balloon, one backdrop, one lesson at a time.
My story isn’t a straight path. It’s one of rebuilding, rediscovering faith, and creating joy out of chaos. I’ve walked through hard things — the kind that make you question everything — but they shaped me into someone who celebrates every victory, big or small. Now I get to use that same passion to help others celebrate their milestones, too.
I value full connection, honesty, and collaboration. I want every client to feel like they’re working with a friend — someone who listens, communicates openly, and truly cares about their event as much as they do. Everything I create is personal, because I believe décor should tell a story — yours.
BTW is still growing, and so am I. The dreams are still being chased, the ideas are still flowing, and every setup is another reminder that we can always build something beautiful from the ground up. 💫

The sooner, the better—especially for weekends and themed events! I recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance. Last-minute bookings may be accepted with a rush fee (and a deep breath).

I’m based in Mesa, AZ and serve the surrounding valley. Delivery fees vary depending on distance and setup needs. I’ll break it all down for you when you inquire!

Most services have base pricing listed on the website (like balloon garlands, backdrops, and rentals), but custom quotes are always available for the extra-extra stuff.

Yes! Most setups include delivery and installation. Some smaller items (like grab-and-go balloon garlands) are available for pickup. Delivery starts at $50 and may increase based on distance, time, or if we need a U-Haul (yes, it happens).

I require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due before your event. Your date isn't locked in until that retainer is paid!

100% yes. Colors, themes, signage, props—I love a creative challenge and making your event feel personal and one-of-a-kind.

You’re not alone—most clients start with “I just want it to be cute!” Send me any inspo you have (even if it’s just a color or a vibe), and I’ll help you bring it to life.

Life happens! While the retainer is non-refundable, I do my best to reschedule you if possible. Cancellations within 72 hours of your event may not be eligible for reschedule due to prep and materials already being used.

Indoors, balloons can last 1–2 weeks (or longer depending on conditions). Outdoors, it’s a different story—heat, wind, and sun are not balloon-friendly. I always secure setups the best I can, but I can’t control the Arizona sunburn factor.

If your event is outdoors, we’ll chat beforehand about a weather backup plan. I’ll always do my best to adjust, but balloon installs are weather-sensitive. Rain and high winds can pop the party—literally.
